With an impressive length of more than 10 km, the city ramparts are among the main attractions of Marrakech. They are in very good condition, and quite impressive with a height between 8 and 10 meter.
Along the gates you find 10 gates, of which several have been the model for other Moroccan cities. There are plenty of horse carriages that are ready to take you on the ride from gate to gate.
