The basic laws of Israel secures religious freedom, and this is also practiced in general.
The state only recognize Orthodox Jewish groups in certain mattes of personal and civil status.
In general, institutions and courts has a practice that the many non-Jews claim to be discriminatory. Isreali law gives protection for holy sites, but in practice this only applies to Jewish sites.
Jewish groups work for putting restriction on the growth of Christianity, and there have been attacks on churches.
