Sudanese constitution states that Islam is the main religion of Sudan, but it acknowlege Christianity as well as traditional religions.
There are restrictions on religious practice for Christians, that are not imposed on Islam.
Missionary activity in Muslim regions is illegal, yet there is much pressure on Christians and those of traditional religions to covert to Islam.
