But when Butros is there, I leave.

^cindamā yatakallam lā yastatī^ca 'ayyi shakhs 'an yatakallam.

When he talks, nobody else can talk.

'anā 'azunn 'annahu yuhibb sama^c sawtahu.

I think he loves to listen to his own voice.

'al-'asdiqā'u l-'akharūn hum 'asdiqā' qudāmā.

The other friends are old friends.

hum mithla 'al-^cā'ila.

They are like a family.
